On day after three double-digit seeds earned Sweet 16 berths, four more will take the floor looking to do the same in the 2021 NCAA Tournament. No. 15 seed Oral Roberts, No. 12 seed Oregon State and No. 11 seed Syracuse will be looking for some company on Monday with a quartet of potential Cinderellas in action.
The first matchup will guarantee at least one more joins the fray as No. 14 seed Abilene Christian faces No. 11 seed UCLA. The Wildcats are fresh off taking down the Big 12 Tournament champs in Texas and looking to make their first appearance in the Sweet 16. The Bruins, meanwhile, are attempting to secure their third win of the tournament after being one of the last four in the field.
Elsewhere, No. 13 seed Ohio looks to make it back to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2012 when it takes on No. 5 seed Creighton and No. 10 seed Maryland gets a chance at its first third-round game since 2016 when it takes on red-hot No. 2 seed Alabama. In all, eight more teams will be off to the Sweet 16 to complete the tournament field for the second weekend of the Big Dance.
