The Boston Celtics are finalizing a deal to acquire Orlando Magic guard Evan Fournier for two second-round picks ahead of today’s trade deadline, sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Magic have already traded Nikola Vucevic and now Fournier and have been entertaining offers for Aaron Gordon. The Celtics have been rumored to be in on Gordon.

Orlando will gather significant draft assets Thursday and have young players Jonathan Isaac and Markelle Fultz under long-term contract.

Fournier, 28, is averaging a career-high 19.7 points and 3.7 assists per game this season. He is attempting a career-best 7.2 3-pointers per contest and making 38.8% of them.

For his nine-year career, he is averaging 14.4 points per game. He gives the Celtics a solid scoring option off the bench.
