Looking for his fourth ring with the Giants, Buster Posey got off to a roaring start in the 2021 playoffs, homering in his first at-bat of NLDS Game 1 against the Dodgers on Friday night.
The beloved Giants veteran backstop had the green light all the way on a 3-0 fastball from Walker Buehler, and he sent it out to right field for a 2-run shot to put his 107-win club up early. The home run bounced off a pillar and into the San Francisco Bay, where it was quickly scooped up with a fishing net by an eager boater on the water.
