Paige Bueckers continued her dominant freshman season in the 2021 NCAA tournament, becoming just the fifth freshman ever to score 100 points in a single Women’s NCAA tournament, joining the all-time greats such as Tamika Catchings and Breanna Stewart. Bueckers became the first freshman to earn the Naismith Trophy, AP Player of the Year, USBWA National Player of the Year, Nancy Lieberman Award, and the Wooden Award.
